These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IntelliHub. By subscribing to or using IntelliHub, you agree to these Terms.
Description of Service
IntelliHub is a 24/7 AI receptionist for small service businesses. The service answers calls and texts on your behalf, qualifies inquiries, captures customer details, helps book appointments when possible, and sends daily summaries of what needs your attention.
IntelliHub is available in English and Spanish and is designed for appointment-based businesses including hair salons, barbers, med spas, estheticians, cleaning companies, landscapers, handyman services, and similar trades.
Subscription Terms & Pricing
IntelliHub is offered as a single monthly subscription at $259/month. Payment begins at signup. Pricing is described on our website and may be updated with notice. You may cancel anytime.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. Refund terms for new subscribers are described in our Refund Policy below.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and completing signup, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from IntelliHub at the number you provided. These messages may include welcome messages, daily summaries, AI receptionist updates, appointment requests, follow-up reminders, and account-related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services other than the IntelliHub subscription itself.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at info@getintellihub.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
After cancellation, you will no longer be charged. SMS messages will stop after you cancel your subscription and/or reply STOP to opt out of messaging.
Refund Policy
IntelliHub subscriptions are billed monthly. New subscribers may request a full refund within 5 business days of their initial payment by contacting info@getintellihub.com. After 5 business days all payments are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Limitation of Liability
IntelliHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, appointment bookings, revenue, or customer outcomes from use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntelliHub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to IntelliHub in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
