- Operating your AI receptionist through calls and text message
- Sending daily summaries, appointment requests, follow-up reminders, and account-related messages

- Processing your subscription and managing your account
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
SMS Messaging Consent & Opt-Out
By providing your phone number and subscribing to IntelliHub, you consent to receive automated text messages from us, including service messages, briefings, and account notifications.
Message frequency varies based on your usage and plan. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from IntelliHub. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure, including Firebase for conversation and account data. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to authorized systems only.
